One of Southworth’s premier communities, The Abaco Club is a true paradise for the soul. Its spectacular setting in The Bahamas offers effortless island living and a true retreat from everyday life. Always focused on enhancing the experience at The Club, Southworth is introducing The Cays villa residences and a new beach club named The Bay Club along the shores of Winding Bay. Planned and designed by the world-renowned master-planners and architects VITA and interior designers AvroKO, The Cays will be a sanctuary of luxury beachfront living that will transform and elevate The Club experience.

Known for creating thoughtfully designed destinations, such as select Four Seasons resorts and Rosewood properties, the acclaimed master planners and architects at VITA create singular places authentically connected to their surrounding and history. With a unified vision, VITA collaborated closely with Southworth to capture the essence of The Abaco Club while drawing inspiration from the vibrant culture, architecture, and rhythm of Bahamian life. The result is an homage to The Club’s unique aura that only a few get to experience.

The creatives behind world-renowned projects such as Waldorf Astoria Bangkok and 1 Hotel Central Park, design and concept firm AvroKO understands the power of designing perennial spaces rooted in cultural and contextual inspiration. The concept narrative for The Cays and The Bay Club is drawn by the combination of bringing together sanctuary living, early 20th century Caribbean glamour, and island textures and colors. A true celebration of the Bahamian spirit.
